Pidgin 2.4.0 doesn't remember window sizes

Hi,

As I said, I was investigating this issue and I can confirm - I do not
have 'Windows Position Manager' enabled nor installed. Changing the
option 'Close IMs immediately when the tab is closed' does nothing in
terms of window size - does not matter if it is checked or not, the
window sometimes resizes to around 300x200 pixels (in situations
described earlier).
