I do not have 'Windows Position Manager' plugin loaded or even
installed. The option 'close IMs immediately when the tab is closes'
was checked, I have unchecked that and will see how it works.

The smaill windows appears not all the time and I can't tell when and
why? Usually it is a problem when I have only one conversation and I
close it (so window is being closed) and if the same person, I was
talking to, will send any message to me, I will get a small window.

Thanks,
Marek
