[Pidgin]-When will automatic away based on idle time be fixed?

Hi,

I also have the exact same problem. Pidgin stops setting auto-away
after some time. The patch you mentioned is for idle status is being
tracked with "purple" (based on last message sent), I use system,
i.e., based on keyboard and mouse activity.  Maybe there is another
bug/ticket on that subject?
