I'm not sure, but Pieter Loubser (someone from the MXit dev team) asked
for inclusion of MXit into Pidgin trunk.

Yesterday he stated on devel at pidgin.im:

> possible. Our support team have subscribed to the Pidgin support mailing
> list today to handle all MXit related issues.

So maybe from now on, the support list should have some people on it,
answering MXit questions.
