Can't find audio/video in new 2.6.1, under centos 5.3

Ah, it appears that libgstsiren.so comes from gstreamer-plugins-bad.
This is at 0.10.13 at present, and I think I read something about
needing 0.10.15 as a minimum version, but that could have been for the
-good package.

Are we having fun yet?
