Pidgin 2.6.4, icq

I use Pidgin 2.6.4 an my peer uses native ICQ. If he copies a text that
I've send him, and sends it back then there comes lot of
"<DIV><DIV><DIV></DIV></DIV></DIV>" on my screen in Pidgin. If I also
use ICQ native, this won't happen to my peer nor on my screen in ICQ.

Is there a chance to filter out this minor annoyance?
