[notify.so] Bug with WM_HINT URGENT [WAS: MSN does not more work since today]

I have found out where the bug is...

If you install "pidgin" (at least under Debian  and  ANY  versions)  the
"notify.so" plugin has activeted the URGENT WM_HINT by default, even  if
the checkbox is not checked.

You have one time to activate it, close "piggin", run "pidgin" again and
deactivate URGENT. Now the focos grabing crap is gone.

I think, this hast co corrected in the sources of "pidgin"
