Off Line

Hi,

I have a buddy that is always says Off Line.  Even when he is online and
sending me messages.  Also, if I am the first to send a message he never
gets it.  He has to send me a message first and then we can send
messages to each other.  Is there a way that this can be fixed?  I have
other buddies on my list that does not have this problem.  The only
difference is that they are all in the same building as I.  The buddy
that is always Off Line is virtual.
