Insert CONFIRMATION for Clear Scrollback perhaps?

Editing the accels and restarting Pidgin should be OK. I personally used
http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using%20Pidgin#HowdoIbindkeystrokestomenuitems
to reassign the shortcuts to my needs
