Pidgin don't connect, but Gaim works normaly???!!!

Hi,

 

On my network I used Gaim 1.5.1 and now I try to upgrade it to Pidgin 2.5.4,
but when I try to create a new account it don’t connect and say: “Fail in
SSL connection” if I check the option: “Force old SSL (door 5223)” and if I
don’t check it say: “Unable to connect to the server: Access denied: The
HTTP proxy server doesn’t allow the tunneling of the door 5222”. What’s
wrong? How Gaim woks and Pidgin in some users and in new users don’t work?
