pidgin/msn

hi i am a pidgin user and just recently it crashed on me and when i restarted it wouldnt connect back to msn. im sure that you have a solution for this but for some reason i am not able to view your help section. i tried both firefox and ie and neither seem to be able to pull it up. 

Was wondering if you could email me the solution since i am not able to view your webpage for some rason.
