Hi,
I installed pidgin on my SUSE 10.2 machine successfully, though I had to
disable a few options.
The command I used was
./configure --disable-startup-notification --disable-gtkspell
--disable-gstreamer --disable-meanwhile --disable-avahi --disable-nm
--disable-nss --disable-gnutls
make
make install
When I tried to run it, it gave following error:
$pidgin
pidgin: error while loading shared libraries: libpurple.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
Could someone help me out here ?
thanks
