group the contacts

Good day, I want to know if it is possible to group the contacts during a
chat, as an example, instead thus:

Nik: hi
Nik: there are?
Jack: hi
Jack: how you are?

to make it like this:

Nik: hi
       there are?
Jack: hi
         how you are?

It can be made? Exists already a plugin that do this?

It would be beautiful also to set up various colors for various contacts.
