Daylight Savings Time bug

Hello.  After the DST change this past 3/8/09, my IM sessions still show an hour behind.  My PC clock shows the correct time and I've already rebooted my PC after the clock change.  Is there a patch or fix for this or am I missing a simple config switch?  I appreciate your help.
