pidgin problems

Hello All,

I am just start to using pidgin. I am really happy to say it is very good application what I've ever seen.
but I have realized some missing
just a few from it
- sending screen-shots to others (it will be very useful)
- transfer files to me (e.g.: from sametime)
- contact search in the main window or  in the chat window to make it easier (chat window will be better)

For now it is enough.

I am just write you my ideas. I know that you have a lot of work and maybe you are trying to interlock these things into pidgin already.

I try to find plugins for my problems without success.

I am using the ubuntu version.
