Thank you, i did not know that too!
Is there any Clue in the Headers, to find out if the User is on the
List - like the duplicate Headers in OpenOffice List:

Delivered-To: mailing list users(at)de.openoffice.org
Delivered-To: moderator for users(at)de.openoffice.org

which means that the Message has been sent from outside and has been
aproved by an moderator...
