GMail video - what am I doing wrong?

OK, a little progress here (gtalk FAQ and gstreamer lists were my
friends) so replying to myself.

>  - gst-plugins-farsight-0.12.11

To that add dependency on gst-ffmpeg for H264 decoder (apparently
building x264 plug in is not enough), video now works one way, I
see participants video, he can't see me. Looking for solution
to encode the vid to something both gmail video and pidgin can
agree.
