pidgin 2.7.1 crashes on Ubuntu 9.10 32bit

Just a note: on that page the comments are not numbered.
comment 18 is currently the last, so it appears on the bottom
of the browser window, with about 5 other comments above it.

The user has no idea which one of them is comment 18.

(you can say this is a browser failure, for not indicatin the linked
position in the document, but that does not help the user)
