IM help

[Family Worship Center at Irving]

Hello, 

I just downloaded pidgin and cannot add a buddy.  It gives me this error:
Unable to add buddy urcpast to group Buddies to the server listed on account smoreno2315

I am not technical and have no idea what this means.  Can you help?
