How to enable Voice and Video?

I'm quite confuzed, is this working or I'm missing something.

 

I have XMPP server working with Windows XP (7) Pidgin 2.7.1 clients and
dunno how to enable Voice and Video over

XMPP protocol ?

 

In Library Support, Build Information stands Voice and Video: Disabled
