need support receiving error message

Hello I have configured more than 40 users using Pidgin. However, I am trying to connect a user to Pidgin, but I am receiving an application error stating "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application" Please advise on how to troubleshoot issue. I cannot even get to the configure screen to configure XMPP settings. Thanks.
