Another time ICQ login fail

Today just after reboot Pidgin can't login to AOL with message "Received unexpected response from http://api.oscar.aol.com/aim/startOSCARSession: Invalid Request. statusDetailCode 9099"
It's AOL/ICQ intrigues or something another? I see this under Mandriva 2008.1 x32 and Mandriva 2010 x64, Pidgin 2.6.6
