play sound for incoming chat request from a unknown user

Hi people,

Is there a way to configure a sound to play when a chat request is recieved
from an unknown user?
ive enabled all sounds, and im still not getting anything.

Im using
Gmail Apps & their Chat back badge for my website:
http://www.google.com/talk/service/badge/New
pidgin as my client (obviously)

this allows me to provide a live help service (FOR FREE!)
