Pidgin 2.7.0 install issue when downloading the GTK

Hello

I have just downloaded and tryied to install the 2.7 version of pidgin.
Win32 version pidgin-2.7.0.exe
WIndows XP SP3

I got the following message when it tried to download the updated GTK

http://pidgin.im/win32/download_redir.php?version=2.7.0&gtk_version=2.16.0&dl_pkg=gtk


looking like it can not find the updated GTK install for windows
