Special Instructions for upgrading Pidgin (Brian Morrison)

Thanks Brian, I ran the installer. I selected the "Debug" but during its installation
an error trying to find the download library kept occurring. I canceled the Debug 
installation, Pidgin then completed. I restarted Pidgin and my contact list, as well 
as the two IRC Chat sessions were started too.

I noticed that the GTK+ library is now part of the Pidgin directory. Except for Pidgin,
I do not have anything that required GTK, can I uninstall the old GTK+ library?
