Problems in the installation of pidgin 2.7

Hello

While installing Pidgin 2.7 in mi windows computer, I receive a message informing about an error in the download of the new GTK+.

I have tried to install it manually but I havent success.

What is the correct way to install it?

Can this download of GTK+ be corrected?
