We don't maintain the "U3" version.

There are several  "portable" versions, the U3 one (which has an
updated version available if you look at the website linked to from
the sandisk site), the manual version described here:
http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using%20Pidgin#RunningWindowsPidginFromaUSBDrivePortableMode,
and the portableapps version (also linked to in the
developer.pidgin.im link).
