HTML tags in conversation

Hi all!

After update to version 2.7.0 in some conversations with some
messengers (ICQ protocol, russian language, admittedly ICQ official
client) I see HTML tags. For example:

(06:09:07 PM) Subaru: <HTML><BODY dir="ltr"><FONT face="Tahoma"
color="#000000" size="1">О_О</FONT></BODY></HTML>

I see this independently from "Show formatting..." setting.
And my respondents see HTML in my messages...

It's bug or feature? :)
