Online but appearing Offline

Hi,

Apparantly my friends see me as "Offline" on MSN, even though I have singed
in and as far as I can see appearing "Online". I can send them messages, but
they can't reply. I've tried installing the latest Windows version of Pidgin
(2.7.3) but this hasn't helped. Any idea what's going on and how I can fix
it?
