Custom Smileys

hello there... i dont want to be a bother... but i wass checking for a 
long time now and i saw thar... i can not send o receive any smileys...
im a Debian User... im using Wheezy Now, but i was using Squeeze a fes 
weeks ago...

i can see my custom emoticons but my other contacts can not... and the 
other thing is that, when they send me a custom emoticon i can seee 
them... do you thing is a bug??
