Error Connecting to Sametime

Dear Pidgin Users,
since one week now I have issue to connect to my Sametime server trought Pidgin. I always receive the following error message: 
 
"Login verification down or unavailable"
 
I've been using pidgin to connect to this server for 2 years and my colleague are still connecting to the server using Pidgin without any issue.
 
My current version is 2.7.11 and it has already work with this version before the problem begins.
 
My settings was not change at the time that I've first receive the error message. 
 
Have you ever experience such issue ? Do you have any solution or help tips ??
