gtalk issue

Hi. Let me explain my ask.
Actually, at work we use google's app, and of course we use GMail 
service, but our email it doesn't end with the thypical @gmail, it does 
with @shimin.cl

So i'm trying to add this account to pidgin, but i can't figured out the 
right configuration.

Did somebody add succesfully this kind of service to the account?
