pidgin messages

[Austin Learning Center Westlake]

How can I make it more obvious when I receive a pidgin in a conversation
that's already open? We recently switched to a cloud for work and now when I
receive a pidgin it blinks a few times and then quits and it's not as
obvious as it used to be.  Can I set it to pop up to the front when I
receive a message?
