Question about spell check manual installation instructions.

The FAQ at http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Installing%20Pidgin#manual_win32_spellcheck_installation
has been fixed to contain the correct instructions.

A few weeks ago somebody made some incorrect changes to the instructions.
