Set preferred account for meta contact

What doesn't work about dragging the right account to the top?

Note that pidgin will still use it's own logic in determining the mostly
likely to be available client, pidgin will never choose an offline or
away contact if another is marked as available (although you can
override as needed with the "Send To" menu option)
