help with google talk for company gmail

My company recently switched over their email service to google and I'm
trying to get pidgin to work with google talk under these new settings. I
tried adding an account via XMPP with the domain name as
gmail.company.org(the URL we use to access our email) and I'm not able
to connect. Does
anyone know if there is a way to fix this? Thanks
