Pidgin relies on volunteers who actually use the IM services, and is 
often frustrated by services which don't want third party clients and 
don't publish details of their protocols.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
