I would suggest looking at the debug output (accessible via the help
menu) when you try and connect, if that doesn't make any sense then
either post the details here (remove any passwords etc) or ask the
people that administer your XMPP server.
One other question, does it still work on the previous PC you used?
Also, please reply to the list address, not directly to me, you will
get a much wider degree of help by using the list.
