Subject: problems installing Pidging MXit Support:252218
I tried the last fix suggested, for resetting the pin, Which I assume is the password I originally provided when I set Pidgin up? I clicked on the link, but it doesn't recognize my MXit name or Email. Here are my details, please tell me the best way get this fixed. When I setup my account, I provided these details:
Name: Roger Escobedo
Email: roger.escobedo at ericsson.com<mailto:roger.escobedo at ericsson.com>
Password: ?
I cannot activate due to registration conflict. I cannot retrieve my pin(password?) due to invalid information. I am setting this up as an XMPP account.

When I try to configure Pidgin, I get a "409 conflict, registration failed" I'm not sure what this means im using xmpp protocol. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, but I get the same error, can you help?
