Issues with photos of buddies

Hi,
Before opening a ticket, I just wanted to check if this is a known bug. I
was not able to find one in ticket database. I use Win 7 and pidgin 2.9 and
not all my buddies' display picture are getting displayed.
This is happening for my gtalk and facebook accounts - XMPP

Let me know if you need the screenshot of my pidgin client.
