MSN issues

I'm having issues with MSN. Until recently everything has worked 
beautifully (love the product by the way, pidgin is great), all of the 
sudden a few weeks ago, I hear from my coworkers that they cannot send 
me messages through MSN. I can send them messages and they receive them 
successfully, but I do not appear to be signed in from their IM clients 
(they use the first party MSN client) and they get a message that I am 
not online when they try to reply.

| have deleted and re-setup the account, I have upgraded to the latest 
version of pidgin (from 7.2.4 to 7.2.10) but still no dice. I also use 
GTalk with no issues in Pidgin. Is this purely an MSN error or is there 
something I can do to fix it?
