facebook plugin problam

Dear Pidgin developers.

I downloaded the facebook windows ( *pidgin-facebookchat-1.69.exe) *plugin
from pidgin and it worked. *But now, *if I want to chat with my friends
(with facebook plugin) It write back:  *You are not permitted to do that.*
