MSN problem

Hello Team,

I'm using the latest version of Pidgin 2.10.3, somehow when I add someone
on my MSN account, the person doesn't get the request, also if the other
person tries to add me nothing on my side.

My MSN account is correct as I can see and chat with my MSN contacts I'm
already paired with.

Could you pls help me how to fix that?
