plain text or PDF versions?

Hello,
 
Thank you so very much for your excellent product!! Our Library is using it with Library H3lp and it is so easy and customizable. I need to present a series of options we can use to modify it at our next staff meeting and so was hoping it download either the plain text versions of your FAQs and User Guide, but the plain text links at the bottom of those pages don't connect for me.
 
Do you have either plain text or PDFs of these you can email to me?
