Cannot Connect to Facebook Chat with BTGuard

I cannot connect to Facebook Chat (XMPP) using BTGuard VPN with the OpenVPN connection type. I verified that the access was legitimate via Facebook and I can log into my Facebook account without a problem, but I receive a message saying that chat.facebook.com/ disabled Not Authorized. How do I fix this problem? Thank you.
