Pidgin 2.10.1 is failed

Hello,

I use Pidgin 2.10.1 but it fails constantly.
The scenario is the following: I launch Pidgin, a couple minutes it works fine and then it is failed(please find a screenshot in attachment).
One important thing: I have installed "pidgin-sipe" plugin to use protocol "Office Communicator". It seems it is a root cause, but I need this protocol.

My PC configuration: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 32-bit, Intel Core 2 Duo E7500, 4 GB RAM.

Could you help me?
