HELP

I tried it all and it still wont connect to google.
Attached is a screen shot of my advanced settings.
Please let me know how to sort this

Carrie, I found some instructions froM Google themselves:

If this does not work, then respond to all again and let us know what the error is - it will not simly show as disconnected unless something that cannot happen has happened; rather it will show an error. See the bottom of the main window for Pidgin for those details.
