unwanted starts of chat

Using pidgin 2.9.0 on FreeBSD:

It comes via my Yahoo account, but I dont have (and dont want
'dianneellisu041') in my buddies. How this is possible at all that
someone unknown chat's me? And, what is this, phishing?
