volume

Hello,


The sounds in pidgin are not loud enough.  I can barely hear them if music is playing through the computer (like Pandora).
If I raise the system volume, pidgin sounds are louder but everything else is too loud.
Windows volume control will not allow me to raise the pidgin volume above the master volume.
How can I increase the volume for pidgin sounds only in Windows 7?
