Pls Help! Can no longer access Pidgin

Hello,

 

I rely on Pidgin heavily for communicating with my team and for the past 2 weeks, I've been unable to access it.  I've uninstalled/reinstalled it, tried changing the settings but still can't access.  Below is a picture of what I see when trying to access Pidgin.  Can you help me resolve this issue?
